It takes courage to admit that some things in life are just not working anymore.  

Yet, we remain in these debilitating situations so we don’t disappoint, embarrass or make others feel uncomfortable.  

We may also just be in denial and afraid to voice what we really think or what we really want because we are comfortable in our dysfunction.  

Unfortunately, when these patterns continue, we suffer. We end up feeling very anxious, compulsive in our behaviours, depressed, disillusioned, or even dissociated. We then find distraction in patterns that are not healthy for us.  

I strongly believe that therapy can instill acceptance, courage and problem-solving skills that can then diminish fear, improve meaningful relationships, help attain life goals, develop integrity and provide compassion for self and others. Therapy can be transformative and help us to be accept our vulnerabilities, appreciate our stories and be courageous to move forward.   

The holding space that I can provide is one of collaboration, confidentiality, exploration and safety. I would be honoured and humbled to be an active listening ear for you. I am a curiously informed person who is passionate about learning how to problem solve, show compassion, and appropriately challenge clients who are feeling overwhelmed by the complexities that life brings us all.
